DFCS4100 Bms Battery Management System is a SCADA system with fully open platform and all-round running. It is a user interface that has been purposely designed to monitor status and control settings for all UPS, battery string and server room environment. This system has implemented with multiple functions such as real-time data collection, historical data checking, report generating, real-time alert etc. It is also built with standard interface to communicate with other system.
This management system is able to measure, monitor, adjust and control remotely for input/output parameters, backup time and status of UPS. This system is also able to monitor and collect data for battery string or single battery voltage, charge and discharge current, internal resistance, temperature, SOC, SOH with network communication technology.
It is able to give feedback about the real time status for those batteries and battery strings which are under monitoring. In the meanwhile, the efficiency for administrator to monitor the battery string health status with reliable historical data usage has been increased.
This system is using micro service framework, it supports dynamic capacity expansion and database cluster. The core function of the system is offering visualized data exchange interface for user. The classic MVC framework has been used to design the system module. The front-end of the system is using MVVM structure to decouple the data from system and the user interface. In order to increase the efficient rate and transmission performance rate while the system showing real time data, the front-end data exchange technology is using WebSocket to make sure the data will be shown from server to browser.
Real-Time Monitoring: Real time status monitoring and data collecting. Not only showing the real time status and tendency with diagram and chart from all-round, but also monitoring the status of the secondary equipment such as channel devices and monitoring devices.
Historical Data Management: Checking device running data history, inquiring charge and discharge record, checking monitoring event log.
Real-Time Alert: Real time information display and device alarm confirmation.
Report Printing: Print out reports for malfunction analysis, battery and battery string data analysis.
Event Log: Show log for user login, operation and system running at specified time period.
User Access Rights: Manage the user access right of system
Parameter Configuration: Manage the basic information settings
Data Exchange: Offer the Web Service and MODBUS TCP interface
