The system can self-diagnose the battery bank and automatically perform corresponding maintenance through real-time monitoring of the operating status and various operating parameters of battery cell, and can use the network to realize remote signaling, remote measurement, and remote control. The system can accurately grasp the actual operating status and health status of the battery bank in real time, and discover the problems existing in the battery bank in time, and realize the automatic maintenance function.
